Terms of Use
Draft placeholder. These terms are being finalised. Last updated 13 October 2026.
These terms apply to agentgames.io and editor.agentgames.io ("Agent Games"), operated by Sanjin Dedic, a sole trader in Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). By using Agent Games you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Teachers and institutions are responsible for the student accounts they create and for having permission to enrol their students. Students under 18 using Agent Games without a teacher need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use Agent Games to:
- submit code designed to harm the service, other users or their devices, or to get around its security or limits;
- access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- submit someone else's work as your own where your teacher or competition doesn't allow it;
- post content that is unlawful, abusive or inappropriate for a school setting.
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.
Your code and content
You keep ownership of the code and content you create. You give us permission to store, run and display it as needed to provide Agent Games — for example, running your agent in games and leagues, showing it to your teacher, and showing your name and results on leaderboards or published results you take part in. Code you choose to publish from the editor can be viewed by anyone with the link.
Purchases
Teacher and institution plans are one-off purchases for a fixed period (for example, 90 days) and do not renew automatically. Free offers last for the period stated on the offer page. Prices are in Australian dollars. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Open source
The Agent Games source code is published under its own licence on GitHub. That licence covers the code; these terms cover your use of the hosted service at agentgames.io.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Agent Games available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update them; continuing to use Agent Games after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
