Programs

Use My programs on your Teacher home page to find projects you and your students have published. Open a student's work to discuss their design, review their code or choose projects to share with the class.

Create projects in the Python editor

The Python editor supports warm-ups, creative projects and tasks beyond the set exercises. Students can build a text adventure, quiz or other program with nothing to install. Open Code Editor from the top menu to keep your account signed in.

What can students build?

Python runs in the browser. Programs can use input() to pause for answers, making interactive text projects possible. The package manager adds libraries, and Chrome or Edge can open local project folders for work across several files.

Review and share projects

Publish creates a link to a file that anyone with the link can open. Use it when students are ready to share their work.

Published work appears in My programs on your Teacher home page, including your students' projects. Open a project to discuss its design and code; you can also remove a student's published program from there.
